The Stem Bag Zippered is for quick access to items while on the bike. The bag attaches with two hook-and-loop closures, one mounting to the stem, and one mounting to the top tube of the bicycle. It is made with cordura and is lined with vinyl for added stiffness. A small outer pocket can hold keys, change or a slim cell phone.
