Whether you’re visiting and looking to ride Central Florida's trails or looking to try out a bike before you buy, we have you covered. Our stellar lineup of meticulously maintained bikes will be sure to add to your riding experience.
- All bikes are offered at 24 hr intervals. We do not offer hourly rentals.
- Return our rentals on time. We need time to get the bikes all cleaned up and working great for the next customer. Late fees will be applied if you show up after your scheduled return time.
- Don’t ride excessively muddy trails. We are lucky to have some great organizations that maintain our local trails, but please respect their work by avoiding trail damage. Mud is also responsible for excessive wear and tear on bikes. We charge a $20 cleaning fee for bikes we deem exceptionally dirty.
- We will not send out rentals in the event of forecasted or existing rain conditions. This is done to prevent damage to the trails and our bikes. As the weather is not a factor we are able to control, refunds will not be issued for rentals affected by rain closures. If you are worried about rainy conditions, please reach out to our staff 24 hours in advance as per our cancellation policy to receive a refund.

All rentals require a $100.00 deposit per bike during the rental period. We will charge the credit card on file & refund the deposit upon your return.
Purchase Option: If you fall in love with Giant, we will apply half of your rental fee towards the purchase of any new Giant bicycle within 30 days.
Additional Rental Services
- Maps can be provided free with rentals.
- Flat Pedals and Toe Cages are available. If you have your own clip-in's, please bring them and our mechanics can install them.
- Please include any additional information during checkout (eg. helmets, locks...)
Bike Rental Disclosures
- Advance Reservations are available for Rentals of 3 days or more. All reservations are required to be paid in full prior to start date. If you wish to pay by cash or gift card, please notate that or contact the store.
Cancellation & Reservation Change Policy For Rented Items: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before pick-up will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pick-up will receive a full refund less a 1 day rental fee per item. Booking date changes made 24 hours or more before originally scheduled pick-up will be accommodated if possible. Changes requested within 24 hours of original Start date will be accommodated if possible however rental charges will be incurred from the original start date even if the Start date is delayed.
Kyle's Bike Shop does not give credits or refunds for early returns.
