MERCHANDISE (EXCLUDING BIKES)
If you are not fully satisfied for any reason, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days. All returns/exchanges MUST be BRAND NEW and accompanied with all of the original packaging, paperwork and receipt. The refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
Exceptions: For credit/debit card returns, the exact card must be present. Cash, check, or debit purchases over $100 will be refunded in the form of a mailed check within 10 business days of return.
For returns or exchanges the bike MUST be in BRAND NEW condition, subject to manager's approval.
- A full refund will be given if within 3 days from purchase.
- 30 Day Exchange Policy - customer will be given in-store credit.
Exceptions: Special order items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
LABOR FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
We are proud to offer a 30-day limited warranty on our repair labor on shop-quality bikes. Some services may be exempt.
Due to limited storage space repaired bikes left at Kyle's Bike Shop for more than 30 days beyond completion will be sold to recoup part and labor costs.
